Rice Crispy Sandwiches with Green Peas

Every gourmet will immediately fall for these corn chips with their delicately sweet taste! When making them, corn is filled into triangular molds and then baked under pressure for a few seconds at 220-240°C. Due to the evaporation of moisture, the grains crack and the starch escapes. The triangles are then sprayed with high-quality sunflower and corn oil and seasoned with a little salt. This process guarantees that they have 50% less fat compared to conventional chips.

They go great with tomato salsas, avocado spread or you can just eat them on their own.
