Fine extracts from fresh organic herbs give the delicious organic vinegar intense herbal notes, making it absolutely indispensable for raw vegetables and salads such as potato salad. For this delicate vinegar, brandy is slowly fermented into vinegar and delicately seasoned with our special combination of herbs.
