Red Wine Vinegar

It has an intense red color and a wonderfully strong taste. High-quality Austrian or Italian table wines are slowly fermented into vinegar. This process is called continuous acetic fermentation. This fine organic vinegar with an intense taste is only filtered before bottling. It is great for salads and is ideal for marinating. Like all Byodo vinegars, it is completely natural and is neither heated nor sulfurized! In this way, the valuable enzymes and flavors are naturally preserved. Cloudiness or deposits at the bottom of the bottle and the possible formation of flakes do not mean any loss of quality. On the contrary! They indicate the natural way of producing this organic product.
