Cocoa beans are the fruits of Theobroma cacao, a small evergreen tree growing in tropical climates. Cacao is naturally rich in nutritional elements and phytonutrients. In terms of antioxidants, it is one of the richest foods ever - it contains a huge amount of them (more than red wine, blueberries, Acai berries, pomegranates and Goji berries combined).
