Calcium and magnesium in Zdravý den® capsules perform a number of functions in the body. Calcium and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles, to the normal condition of bones and teeth, to normal energy metabolism and participate in the process of cell division.

Calcium also contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes and normal blood clotting. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal mental activity and protein synthesis. The human body cannot produce calcium and magnesium, so it is essential to supply them to the body.
