Calcium and magnesium Zdravý den® in powder perform a number of functions in the body. Calcium and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles, to the normal condition of bones and teeth, to normal energy metabolism and participate in the process of cell division.

Calcium also contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes and normal blood clotting. Magnesium contributes to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal mental activity and to protein synthesis. The human body cannot produce calcium and magnesium, so it is necessary to supply them to the body. Dietary supplement.

Usage: Mix 3 teaspoons of powder (11.23g) in a glass of water, juice or add to yogurt. The powder only dissolves partially, so stir the drink several times while drinking.
