Camu camu (lat. Myrciaria dubia) is a tree growing in the floodplains of the Amazon, especially in Peru and Brazil. Camu camu is known primarily for its sour, vitamin C-packed Camu cherry fruits.
Camu camu BIO fruits have a enormal vitamin C content, about 30 times as much as oranges, which is also reflected in their sour taste.
Camu camu BIO, belonging to the group called "super fruits", is a true gift from the Amazon rainforests. The powder from this sour fruit is a rich source of natural vitamin C, which, as is known, contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, supports normal nervous system function and contributes to normal mental activity.
Traditional use: Mix one teaspoon with water, juice or other liquid and take 3 times a day. We recommend adding it to meals, ice cream and cocktails to increase their nutritional value.
Preparation TIP: First, put the required amount in a glass, add only 2 times more water than powder and mix until it forms a thick paste. This paste can be diluted with liquid as desired, without lumps.
