Cranberry, lat. Vaccinium macrocarpon, freeze-dried ground fruit. The advantage of the powder is that it is very easy to prepare.

Cranberry is a small creeping shrub growing up to one meter tall. Its homeland is North America, which is where its most famous name "Canadian cranberry" comes from. It is valued and cultivated primarily for its tasty fruits, which are comparable in size to gooseberries, but the color is reddish, even red.

Cranberry ground by Salvia Paradise® is freeze-dried. Vacuum freezing or freeze-drying is the most gentle method of processing fruit. Freeze-dried fruit retains up to 90% of the ingredients, vitamins, taste and aroma of fresh fruit. Canadian cranberry contains the so-called proanthocyanidins (PAC).

Traditional use:
Mix one teaspoon of powder in water and drink. Take 3 times a day. We recommend trying it as an ingredient in fruit cocktails, which Canadian cranberry will enrich with an excellent fresh taste.

TIP for preparation: Add only 2x more water than powder to the glass with powder and mix to a paste, which we dilute with liquid - no lumps will form.
