Candied ginger 100 g BIO BIO NONBIO

Candied ginger is made from fresh ginger root, which is rinsed, peeled, chopped and pickled in a solution of natural cane sugar. No preservatives are used in the production and the ginger is not sulfurized. Candied ginger is suitable for direct consumption and cooking. Some people like to snack on candied ginger alone or in table mixes of dried fruits and nuts, it is also good with any tea. We can also use it in desserts (the combination with chocolate is excellent). Try replacing normal candied fruit with candied ginger in the recipe.
