Taleggio DOP
A soft cheese with a long tradition, whose name comes from the valley near Bergamo. It was born there and is still produced there today, hand-salted and matured in pinewood boxes. Using organic milk helps to combine the traditional way of making cheese with the philosophy of healthy living.
