Bai Mu Dan White Tea
Dried, unfermented organic tea from the rainforests of southern India. The tea is mild and low in caffeine. White tea is probably the youngest variety of tea production, which originated during the Qing Dynasty and comes mainly from Fujian province around the city of Zhenghe.
Preparation: Pour 7 - 10 g of tea with water at 85°C, let it steep for 3 - 5 minutes
