Vietnamese Green Tea
The H'mong and Dao mountain tribes live in the rainforests of northern Vietnam. For thousands of years, they have harvested the leaves of the tea tree that grows wild in the forests. It conjures up a bright, yellow-green hot drink in your cup.
Preparation: Pour 7 – 10 g of tea with 85°C water, let steep for 3 – 5 minutes
