Chaga is a pearl of Siberian and Asian nature. Like many other TČM mushrooms, it has a thousand-year tradition of use. The Chinese court reportedly used chaga 2,000 years ago. Chaga, alias Rezavec skymý, is an irregularly shaped mushroom with a distinctive, typically black color, which is caused by the concentration of the pigment melanin. The original homeland of chaga is Asia and the Russian taiga. Here it has also been a widely used and well-known mushroom since the 16th century. Chaga thrives in adverse conditions, where it parasitizes on birch trunks, absorbing their energy. Dosage: Take 2-6 capsules daily, 5 days a week, with 2 breaks or 3 weeks, with 1 week off.
