Product detailed description
Chaga is a very widespread fungus that parasitizes on birch trunks. It is an irregularly shaped fungus with a distinctive, typically black color. This is caused by the high concentration of the pigment melanin. In recent years, it has become the focus of interest for scientists and clinical institutions. Despite the fact that chaga was used in the Chinese court 2,000 years ago, it has only been studied in modern times for a few years. Chaga is originally native to Asia and the Russian taiga. It has also been a widely used fungus there since the 16th century.
