Chaga is a mushroom growing in the northern regions of Europe, Russia, Asia and North America. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and fiber. It strengthens and increases immunity and supports digestion and the cardiovascular system. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The dietary supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Store in a dry and dark place, out of the reach of children. Preparation: Pour 1 bag with 0.5 l of boiling water and let it infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Dosage: Max. 2 times a day, preferably drink 20 minutes before meals. Do not use for more than 8 weeks.Nutritional values
