Chanca piedra is an annual herb growing up to 40 cm tall, growing freely in tropical regions around the world. It is most often used and sought after therapeutically for its effect on the health of the urinary tract and kidneys.

It supports the natural defenses and resistance of the organism and acts as an antioxidant. It contributes to stabilization of stomach pH and normal function of the intestinal tract. It has a beneficial effect on lipid and blood sugar levels. It has beneficial effects on the condition of vessels and blood pressure levels. It is recommended for maintaining (pre)menstrual and menopausal comfort. It contributes to relaxation, strengthens mental and physical well-being.

Instructions for preparation and dosage:
Pour one infusion bag with 250 ml of boiling water. Close the lid and let it steep to a temperature suitable for drinking. We use 3 times a day.
