Seeds for universal use. Excellent in cocktails, yogurts, muesli, spreads, salads, soups and baked goods.
Chia are small seeds of the Spanish sage. After soaking, they create a thick gel that affects the digestion process. We can add them to fruit or vegetable smoothies, cocktails and juices, sprinkle on yogurt, cottage cheese or porridge. The recommended daily intake of chia seeds is a maximum of 15 g.

Ingredients:

Chia seeds (Salvia hispanica). May contain traces of gluten.

Preparation:

Mix a few teaspoons of chia seeds in a cup of water or coconut milk. In about 10 minutes, the seeds absorb the maximum amount of liquid and form a gel that can be consumed immediately.

Storage:

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 60%.
