Chia seeds in BIO and RAW quality, grown according to the rules of organic farming. They are valued for their high content of omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants and other nutrients. In ancient times, they were one of the main foods of the legendary Aztecs and Mayans.

They have the ability to bind water, can increase their volume up to 12 times and create a light gel around themselves, which after consumption helps retain water in the body and is popular especially with athletes.

Ingredients: 100% Chia seeds of the herb Salvia hispanica (Salvia hispanica) in BIO and RAW quality.

Recommended dosage: 2 tablespoons (25g) daily.

Instructions for use: Soak 1 teaspoon of chia seeds in a glass of water, milk or yogurt and wait approximately 5-10 minutes before consuming so that the seeds absorb the water and form a gel around themselves. The seeds have no taste and can be used in various types of dishes, e.g. for muesli, cereals, salads or baking.
