We bake these pleasantly hot crackers for you in a family bakery and we make no compromises when choosing ingredients. The crackers are made from 2/3 whole grain flour, which provides them with fiber in the form in which our body has been accustomed to it since ancient times. We avoid fats with a high proportion of saturated fatty acids (hardened and non-hardened fats such as palm fat, which are solid at room temperature) and use sunflower oil instead. The crackers are seasoned with a mixture of hot chili peppers and sweet peppers and lightly salted with sea salt from the Mediterranean Sea. The product is included in the CZECH ORGANIC project. By purchasing a product from the project, you help develop local organic agriculture and do not support unnecessary long-distance transport of raw materials.

INGREDIENTS: whole wheat flour* 40%, organic plain wheat flour*, sunflower oil* HOSO 12%, sea salt, ground chili peppers* 0.6%, ground sweet paprika* 0.6%, baking powder from cream of tartar (corn starch*, raising agents: potassium tartrates, sodium carbonates), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate. The raising agent used does not contain phosphates. Ingredients marked * come from controlled organic farming.
