The Japanese freshwater algae Chlorella vulgaris contains essential amino acids and is a rich source of protein and chlorophyll. The proteins in Chlorella support the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and healthy bones. Iron and vitamin B12 contained in Chlorella support the formation of red blood cells, normal function of the immune system and energy metabolism and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal function of the nervous system, mental activity and the maintenance of normal homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B12 supports the normal condition of vision, skin and mucous membranes, and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Folic acid contributes to normal mental activity, blood formation and normal function of the immune system.

Recommended dosage:
