BIO chlorella Zdravý den® in powder. Chlorella is a freshwater unicellular species that is grown using proper procedures and water quality. These are always gentle processes that preserve all the active substances contained in the algae. For good absorption of the substances contained, chlorella has a damaged cell wall.

Chlorella acts as an antioxidant. It helps normal digestion, normal intestinal tract function and normal liver function. It supports purification, vitality, natural defenses and immunity of the body. Chlorella is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage: mix the powder in water, fruit or vegetable juice. Another option is to add chlorella to yogurts, porridges, cocktails or other cold food. Due to oxidation, chlorella should not come into contact with metal.

Recommended dosage: 1-2 teaspoons per day (i.e. 2-4g). Start with a smaller amount and gradually increase the dose over 14 days.
