All this is complemented by real Bourbon vanilla. You can enjoy the cream just like that - as a snack. It is also excellent on a slice of bread, with pancakes or crepes or it can be used in baking (for example, as a filling for chocolate croissants). The consistency of the cream depends on the ambient temperature. If you prefer a creamy consistency, store it at room temperature. To achieve a firmer consistency, store it in the refrigerator.
