Chocolate pudding powder with a high cocoa content, free of dyes and flavorings. Great organic pudding is prepared from organic cow's, goat's, soy or rice milk.

USE: To prepare the pudding from one bag, use half a liter of milk. Dissolve the pudding powder in six tablespoons of cold milk together with two tablespoons (to taste) of Rapadura or natural cane sugar. If we want to avoid sucrose, sweeten with agave syrup. Pour the mixture into boiling milk and boil briefly, stirring constantly.
INGREDIENTS: corn starch*, defatted cocoa powder* 29%, sea salt. Ingredients marked * come from controlled organic farming.
