Product information: Choya sake from the Nara region of Japan is produced by the Yucho brewery according to an old recipe with koji yeast, japonica rice and especially soft spring water. Sake is best served slightly warmed in a small bowl to bring out its delicate taste. Ingredients: japonica rice, koji, water. Instructions for use: cold temperature 10-15 degrees C, room temperature 15-25 degrees C, warm temperature 40-50 degrees C, very hot 50-55 degrees C (in winter weather).
