Chun mee special is a genuine green tea that is very popular in China and, for its specific properties, all over the world. It is produced mainly in China, but also in Taiwan, India and Indonesia. The name "precious eyebrow" is derived from the shape of the leaf into which it is rolled. The infusion is yellow in color with a very tempting aroma. The taste is strong, sweet and fresh. A note of bitterness can be noted, the strength of which is mainly influenced by the steeping time.
Green tea has been known to mankind for more than five thousand years and is perceived as a basic tea. The largest producers are China and Japan. It is part of Eastern medicine, where it is attributed magical effects. It is associated with many rituals and cultural traditions, especially in Southeast Asian countries. In general, green tea has a fresh aroma and a milder taste than black tea. Dried leaves should be green, firm and shiny. This is a tea that has undergone minimal oxidation.

Recommended preparation:
Pour three or four teaspoons (6–8 g) of tea over 500 ml of water at a temperature of 80 °C. Infuse for 2 minutes, then strain. Three infusions can be prepared from this tea. With each subsequent infusion, increase the steeping time by approximately 1–2 minutes.
