AMITY dry apple cider, nicknamed Brutus by us, is the driest cider in our portfolio. It is quite a tough one with a distinct sour point. This cider fermented very slowly and for a very long time. It is freed from only the coarsest sediments, which is why it has an unmistakable opalescent patina and an unusual sediment for our production. Despite the higher alcohol percentage and very low sweetness, AMITY dry cider has retained a surprisingly pronounced apple aroma.
