Attention: Seaweed contains a high amount of natural iodine. In order to avoid hyperthyroidism, it is not recommended to eat more than 600 micrograms of seaweed per day at a time, which corresponds to 2 slices of seaweed, or 1.5 teaspoons of crushed seaweed.
