Soft ripened cheese with noble mold
This creamy, aromatic, soft cheese is made from the best Bioland milk and delights with a delicate, noble, white mold. At the beginning of ripening, it has a delicate and light taste, while towards the end of ripening, its taste and aroma are strong and distinctive.
