BIO and RAW cocoa butter in 5g pieces Zdravý den® is obtained by pressing raw cocoa mass from unroasted cocoa beans at a low temperature of up to 40°C. In production, beans of the rare Criollo variety from Peru grown according to the rules of organic farming are used.
Cocoa butter is used to make chocolate, in baking to prepare toppings, creams, cookies, ice cream and other dishes.
