Rapunzel coconut cream stands out for its distinct coconut flavor and aroma and creamy consistency. It is made by pressing coconuts grown on an organic plantation in Sri Lanka. Farmers here grow multiple crops in one place, thereby preventing soil depletion and erosion. Bananas, pineapples, spices and coffee grow here along with coconuts. The outer coconut husks, which are rich in potassium, are used as fertilizer. Coconut cream is used, like coconut milk, in Asian cuisine, in cocktails, desserts, ice cream sundaes and to flavor coffee drinks. By mixing 50 g of cream and 100 ml of water, we obtain coconut milk.
