Coconut oil 100% natural, refined, non-hardened, obtained from the fruits of the coconut palm with a neutral taste and aroma. Thanks to the refining, no odor remains during cooking. No harmful substances are released, as is the case with other fats, and therefore it is suitable for preparing almost all common dishes, it is excellent for baking and stewing. It has a significant content of lauric acid. It helps with the absorption of vitamins, minerals, fat-soluble substances and nutrients. Use: Suitable for baking, frying, in a wok or in a deep fryer.
