Coconut syrup is a natural sweetener obtained by thickening the nectar of coconut palm flowers. It has a very pleasant sweet caramel taste. Although it is obtained from the coconut palm, its taste does not even remotely resemble coconut. We use it for baking and sweetening various dishes - desserts, flavored yogurts, muesli mixes, pancakes and porridges, but also for oriental dishes and Ayurvedic breakfasts.
