100% BIO ARABICA
Brazil is one of the largest coffee producers in the world. Brasil Senhora de Fatima BIO is a coffee grown on the Nossa Senhora de Fatima farm, located in the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais at an altitude of 950 - 1000 meters above sea level, with an annual rainfall of 1500 mm. The farm has been certified as FAIR TRADE ORGANIC since 2012 and all coffee grown on the farm is of BIO quality. The coffee cherries are processed using the dry (natural) method after harvest. Brasil Senhora de Fatima BIO has a medium body, mild acidity and a rich nutty caramel flavor with chocolate tones.

Compared to robusta, arabica coffee is much more demanding in terms of cultivation, climate and care. It is characterized by a better aroma and taste. Interestingly, arabica contains less caffeine than robusta.
To maintain maximum quality, our coffee is packaged in an airtight, resealable package with an aroma valve. Freshness is the most important factor in the quality of coffee - that is, the time that has passed from roasting to consumption. You can find the roasting time below on the package.
