Product detailed description
100% Arabica
Kopi Luwak is a unique coffee originating from Indonesia. In Indonesian, the word "kopi" means coffee and "luwak" is the name for the civet-like animal, known in our country as the spotted civet.
Civets eat the whole fruit of the coffee tree, from which they digest only the pulp - the hard grain remains whole and is excreted. Thanks to the protease enzyme, in the digestive tract of the civet coffee beans become grains with a softer, less bitter taste. This is a very valuable coffee that has many fans.

Arabica coffee is much more demanding in terms of cultivation, climate and care than robusta. It is characterized by a better aroma and taste. Interestingly, Arabica contains less caffeine than Robusta.
To maintain maximum quality, Salvia Paradise® coffee is packaged in an airtight, resealable package with an aroma valve. Freshness is the most important factor in coffee quality – that is, the time that has passed from roasting to consumption. You can find the roasting time below on the package.
