Salvador is a coastal country in Central America. Coffee cultivation here dates back to the mid-18th century. The coffee grown here stands out for itsstrong and rich aroma, medium acidity, which is very balanced. The body is strongly coffee-like, the palate experience is very strong, but without an unpleasant aftertaste.

The Peaberry designation implies that this is a coffee that has only one bean in the coffee cherry instead of the usual two. This bean resembles a pearl in shape.
