Cold-pressed coconut oil 525 g BIO RAPUNZEL

This virgin coconut oil is pressed from the flesh of coconuts, which are cut into smaller pieces, dried and cold-pressed. The oil is not processed in any way and retains the full, pleasant coconut aroma and taste. Virgin coconut oil adds a touch of exoticism to dishes. It is very thermally stable, which is why it is very suitable for cooking at high temperatures. The fat does not spatter or foam and is excellent for baking and frying. Excellent for preparing coconut curries and sweet desserts. It is also excellent for treating dry skin, for baths and before and after sunbathing. RAPUNZEL virgin coconut oil is produced by Sri Lankan farmers involved in the HAND IN HAND project. Fair trade guarantees fair wages to farmers in developing countries and prohibits slave or child labor.

RAPUNZEL now uses a new method of processing coconuts. The coconuts are also used with the inner column and are not peeled before pressing. This gives the oil an even more pronounced coconut aroma! The darker sediment is natural and does not affect the quality.
