Ancient cereal with cleansing effects. In porridges or soups, or as a side dish in combination with rice or bulgur. The cereal Job's tears (also Job's tears) is one of the longest-grown cereals in the world, but still little known in our country. It is naturally gluten-free, used as an addition to porridges, soups or health teas.


Ingredients:


Job's tears (Coix lacryma-jobi) fruit.


Preparation:


Rinse the job's tears and soak them in water for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight). Then cook them together with rice or another side dish (couscous, bulgur), adding a maximum of 1/3 of the job's tears. A handful of job's tears can also be added to any soup to enrich and thicken it. It is excellent prepared with mushrooms as a "cube". Recommended


Dosage:


40 g per day, i.e. 2 heaped tablespoons.

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and relative humidity of up to 70%.
