Cranberry cranberries with apple juice 75 g BIO BIO NEBIO

Unlike conventional cranberries, this cranberry or popularly known as Canadian cranberries is not sulfurized and is sweetened only with pure apple juice. It has a pleasant, sweet and slightly sour taste. Canadian cranberries have been used in cooking for centuries. We add them to porridges, muesli mixtures, yogurts and sweet pastries (stole, Christmas cakes...). They can also be eaten alone or in table mixtures of dried fruits and nuts. They go great with game and poultry, when they are added either to the sauce or sprinkled on the meat on a plate.
