Cranberry cold sauce is made according to traditional recipes and contains a high proportion of fruit ingredients (cranberries). Suitable as a side dish for summer barbecues. Use: Cranberry sauce is mainly suitable for venison, steaks, duck meat and pâtés. The cranberry flavour of the sauce stands out with sirloin in cream, grilled and smoked meat, blue cheeses (especially Camembert).
