Ingredients: Organic watercress seeds (Lepidium sativum)
Recommended use: Use to decorate pastries, soups, vegetable or pasta salads. You can also use them to prepare fresh homemade vegetable juice. Best eaten raw to preserve all nutrients.

Soaking time: 0 min (Do not soak.)
Watering: 3-5x daily
Germination time: 4-6 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20 °C
Harvest at size: 2.5-5 cm
Rinse with water before consumption. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks. Store in a dry and cool place.
