These crispy slices are made from corn by extrusion. They are suitable as a substitute for bread when traveling, at the cottage and whenever fresh bread is not available. Thanks to their neutral taste, they perfectly take on the taste of any spread, jam, honey, nut paste, fresh cheese... They are excellent with honey and cinnamon, for example. They do not contain gluten and are also suitable for celiacs.
