Crispy slices with amaranth 100 g BIO BIO NEBIO

Excellent tasting crispy gluten-free slices with amaranth (10%), corn, rice and peas, salted and really only lightly sweetened to perfection. Amaranth slices are suitable as a substitute for pastries when traveling, at the cottage and whenever fresh bread is not available. They are excellent with honey and cinnamon, for example. They do not contain gluten and are also suitable for celiacs.
