The perfect version of peanut butter based on the original American recipe. Freshly roasted peanuts are ground and mixed with a small amount of non-hydrogenated oil to create an easy-to-spread cream, which is seasoned with sea salt and dried rapadura sugarcane juice. Finally, peanut pieces are added to give a pleasant crunch. Free from hydrogenated fats and stabilizers. The fair trade palm oil used comes from Ghana, where palm trees are planted with respect for the environment as part of a project and deforestation is not done to obtain new plantations. The peanuts have been tested several times for the presence of aflatoxins. We use peanut butter for both fresh and long-lasting pastries. Can be combined with jam, honey or even cheese.
