Ravioli filled with vegan cheese filling

As a filling with a vegan cheese substitute, our animal welfare advocates will find a welcome alternative to vegetarian fillings. A delicate melt with a light nutty aroma and selected spices gives this ravioli a place in the TOP 10 pasta specialties.

Ingredients:Dough: durum wheat semolina*
Filling (40%): vegan cheese* (49%: water, coconut fat*, potato starch*, sea salt, thickener: agar agar*), breadcrumbs*, (wheat flour*, yeast*), leek*, Sea salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin*, pepper* * from certified organic farming

Preparation: Put the pasta in 2.5 liters of salted water (1 teaspoon of salt per liter of water) and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
