Tortellini stuffed with mushrooms
A must for mushroom lovers, the full - earthy mushroom flavor and selected spice blends give this vegan version of our tortellini a majestic taste. And not only a pleasure in the autumn/winter season, but all year round.
Ingredients:Dough: durum wheat semolina*, water I filling (26%): breadcrumbs* (wheat flour*, yeast*), mushrooms* (30%), potato flakes*, onion*, palm oil*, sea salt, emulsifier soy lecithin*, garlic*, pepper* * from certified organic farming
Preparation:Put the pasta in 2.5 liters of salted water (1 teaspoon of salt per liter of water) and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
