Our organic wild apples come from classic rural orchards. The orchards are a traditional, natural form of fruit growing and are a good example of applied biodiversity: apple trees of different ages and varieties are idyllically scattered near the farms. Here, farmers have been preserving and caring for their old fruit varieties for generations, which are hardly used in industrial fruit growing today.
