Lavender syrup

It all starts with lavender flowers from our own garden.
Our little syrup specialist "Leni" mixes water, sugar, lemon juice and our own lavender flowers. It is brought to the boil and gently boiled for a few minutes. The finished syrup tastes refreshingly floral with a pleasant lemon note. The entire Höllinger team is absolutely thrilled! This unusual variety is still missing from the Höllinger Organic Syrup range! That's how our delicious organic lavender flower syrup in a 0.5l premium glass bottle was created! In combination with sparkling wine or champagne, our floral, aromatic syrup is simply a pleasure.
