For tonic lovers, our new tonic cocktail syrup is now available. It tastes slightly bitter, contains subtle lemon notes and inspires with its quinine flavor. Quinine is extracted from the bark of the cinchona tree. It was used as a cure for malaria centuries ago. Today, the bitter taste is mainly used for making drinks. Mix your own tonic water with our new adult cocktail syrup.

Lemonade: Just one part syrup mixed with eight parts soda water and a handful of ice cubes from your perfect summer drink. It doesn't always have to be alcohol, but if it is, our cocktail syrups are the perfect base for any cocktail, sparkling wine and much more. Become a bartender and try it out.

Recipe: Tonic Spritz

1/2 grapefruit
1 sprig of rosemary
20 ml grapefruit juice
20 ml tonic syrup
200 ml soda water
ice cubes

Preparation:

First, put the ice cubes in a glass. Cut the washed grapefruit into slices, quarter it and add. Add tonic syrup, rosemary and grapefruit juice and then pour in soda and mix well. The fruity, bitter, pink mocktail is ready.
