Damiana – Turnera diffusa – in the form of a finely ground powder. The advantage of this form is that it is very easy to prepare and quick to use.

Damiana is a small shrub growing throughout Mexico and Central America. Its use dates back to the ancient Mayan civilization, where they were the first to notice its effects. Traditionally, this herb was used by Indian women an hour before sexual intercourse.
