The AF designation stands for Alcohol Free – a product with 0% alcohol content. Unique technology and multiple extraction were used in production. AF tinctures retain the maximum amount of active ingredients, taste and aroma of the herbs used.

Damiana is a small shrub growing throughout Mexico and Central America. Its use dates back to the ancient Mayan civilization, where they were the first to notice its effects. Traditionally, this herb was used by Indian women an hour before sexual intercourse – it helps maintain good sexual relationships. It has an effect on mental and cognitive activity, relieves stress and brings mental well-being. Damiana (lat. Turnera diffusa) is suitable for relaxation purposes, weight control and maintaining normal blood sugar levels.

Traditional use:
After shaking, adults (75 kg) take 20 drops 3 times a day. We recommend placing it in the mouth and allowing it to be absorbed through the mucous membranes. It can be washed down with a small amount of water. The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 1,686 mg of fresh plant matter.
